Scott Marshall is a co-founder of Rexford Clinics, the operating company behind a growing family of outpatient therapy practices across Florida. Rexford is actively acquiring and partnering with speech, occupational, physical, and other therapy clinics throughout the state. Scott leads strategy, growth, and acquisitions, identifying mission-aligned clinics, structuring partnerships with their owners, and building the platform that lets each practice keep doing what it does best while gaining the resources and stability of a larger organization.
A lifelong entrepreneur, Scott has spent his career building and growing businesses, earning the trust of partners, sourcing opportunities, and executing complex transactions with discipline. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCOM) degree with a specialization in finance, pairing formal business training with a deal-maker’s instinct and a relentless standard for detail and professionalism. He believes the practices delivering exceptional care are too often small, owner-operated, and stretched thin, and that bringing them under one well-run umbrella lets clinicians focus on patients while Rexford carries the operational and financial weight.
Scott is driven by the belief that disciplined growth and genuine patient care reinforce each other rather than compete, and by a commitment to expanding access to quality therapy across the Florida communities Rexford serves.

Cole Young is a co-founder of Rexford Clinics and the driving force behind its operations. Where strategy meets the realities of running real clinics, that is Cole’s domain. He leads operations, integration, and business development, making sure every practice Rexford brings on, from speech and occupational therapy to physical and other therapy clinics across Florida, continues to run smoothly for its clinicians, staff, and the families they serve, while building the systems and relationships that fuel the company’s growth.
Cole is known for a relentless work ethic and a hands-on approach. He spends his time where it matters most: inside the business, alongside the teams, solving the operational challenges that keep practices from reaching their potential. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Texas at Dallas, grounding his operational instincts in formal management training, and brings that same discipline to every clinic Rexford partners with.
Cole believes great operations are invisible to patients and invaluable to clinicians, and he builds toward that standard every day.
